ATTIRE:
FOR LATIN & LINE DANCE CLASSES: CASUAL ATTIRE.
It is our hope to maintain a standard of dress code, dressy casual, so that all participants feel comfortable, and being mindful of appropriate attire for all ages.

FOR AEROBIC CLASSES:
These classes are high energy and designed for workout. An appropriate gym or exercise outfit (pant and top) and tennis shoes, comfortable and appropriate is recommended.

FOR DANCE PARTY EVENTS: DRESS CASUAL & AFTER 5 ATTIRE is acceptable.

SHOES:
You will be dancing for at least one hour.  Latin and Line dancing involves sliding moves, turning steps and we encourage comfortable shoes, however, dress shoes (for men) and flats or ballroom dance shoes (for ladies) that will enable you to get the most out of the class. Please do not wear tennis shoes or shoes that have a rubber sole (as these will ground you and not able you to spin as easily).

FOR LATIN:
Leather sole shoes. Ladies {Ballroom dance shoes, high heels or flats). Gentlemen (Leather sole shoes or dress shoes). Latin dance steps and styling are unique and may be awkward in boots.

FOR LINE DANCE:
Ladies & Gentlemen (Leather sole shoes, boots, or comfortable tennis shoes).

IMPORTANT:
We do have a School Waiver Form that must be filled out before you take a class. Please let us know if any medical condition you have as classes can get very aerobic.

The facility has rules about the preservation of the dance floor. It is mandatory that SHOES or boots with metal taps, plates, or metal studs on the bottoms CANNOT BE USED, due to the potential cause of damage to the flooring.  Please check your shoes for rocks, glass, etc., before entering the dance studio. If you have questions regarding your shoe,  please ask one of the instructors.
